Duties include processing data through various Production stages, including Data Staging, Database Searching, Data Capture/Indexing, Quality Assurance, and Data Delivery. This position has weekly quotas and monthly success metrics that must meet measurable individual and team productivity goals.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures successfully
Update various production databases and Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Attentive to detail and possessing good problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively apply these qualities to analyzing and solving problems!
Ability to multi-task, meet customer commitments, and work as part of a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Explorer, and data structures
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Proficiency on Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access)
MS VBA macros experience is an added advantage
